Alfajores of cornstarch to Celiacos



Ingredients

  • 200 g flour.
  • Cornstarch 300grs.
  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder coffee
  • Butter 200 grams.
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest



  • Dulce de leche Amount Needed
  • Amount needed grated coconut




Preparation
Sift flour, cornstarch, baking soda and baking powder

In a bowl, beat butter (at room temperature) with sugar.
Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well each time, then cognac and gradually sifted dry ingredients.
Incorporating the essence of vanilla and lemon zest and mix well.


Form a dough, without kneading and stretching 1/2 cm thick on a table sprinkled with starch.
Cut with circular mold also can use the edge of a cup.



Place on a clean plate and bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
Unmold and cool.
Alfajores form, uniting them in twos with dulce de leche in the middle.
Paint them the edge with sweet and roll in coconut flakes.
