Homemade Brownies for celiacs


 Ingredients

Gluten-free chocolate 100g
100g butter
Vanilla
2 eggs 2 egg yolks


100g caster sugar
100 grams sugar
Salt
Nut 100 g
Manioc starch 60 grams
70 g rice flour


Process

First put in a bowl all the wet ingredients.
Put the chocolate without gluten and previously melted butter in a double boiler or microwave has.
Add eggs, egg yolks and vanilla essence, sugar and powdered sugar.


Add the rice flour and tapioca starch, sieving through a sieve.
Add finally the nuts.
